Price and Product Listing
SWISSPAC reserves the right to terminate any order or purchase, in the event of mispriced, error, stock unavailability or any other reasons not specified in this terms. SWISSPAC shall have such right to terminate the purchase or order notwithstanding that the Goods have been dispatched or are in transit or that payment has been charged to Buyer.

SWISSPAC reserves and may execute its discretion right to remove, delete or amend any listing, pricing or order on the website without giving any prior notice and reason and the company’s decision is final.

All price shown in SWISSPAC (https://www.onlinestore.swisspac.com.my) is only valid in Swisspac Online Store and might vary from SWISSPAC RETAIL / OFFLINE STORES. Prices exclude delivery costs and transaction fee (if any, depends on payment method), which will be automatically added to the final checkout price when you view the items in your shopping cart and have selected your chosen delivery and payment method. Swisspac Online Store does not offer self pick-up / self-collection method for the time being. All orders will include delivery costs, except for selected promotional products.

Due to the resolution, brightness, contrast, etc. of the user’s screen / monitor, SWISSPAC cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same as shown on the screen / monitor.

User shall agree that SWISSPAC may send newsletter regarding the latest news / products / promotions etc. through email to the user.

Indemnification
The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold SWISSPAC harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

However, https://www.onlinestore.swisspac.com.my may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
